Hamburger Steak

Easy to make and delicious. Serve it with mashed potato and mushroom gravy.

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 lbs. ground hamburger
  
• 1/4 cup flour
  
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  
• salt and pepper
  

Directions:

• Mix hamburger, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and flour together. Form into patties. 
  
• Grilled the meat in the oven. Brown on both sides.
  

Tips: 
if you don't have the oven, just cook the patties on the stove just like you do the hamburger patties.
