It's a good day to celebrate a birthday... Today the Darmadjaja's having lunch at La Collina Restaurant in San Diego Hill Karawang. We are celebrating Ketty's birthday. After that we get together at Karangpawitan and spend some quality time with an old friend and his family. 
This is my dad's private practice and one of the place I grew up. He started it back in 1984. Yeah...30 years ago. He practice medicine 6-7 hours daily except Sunday for 18 years. This is the last place he visited before he went unconscious and past away 2 days later. After that my mom work in here after her retirement. Today, my sister and I and our husband cleaning up this place. We are going to renovate the place. I packed a lot of things that I never seen before. Some antique stuffs. We're looking forward for new place. 
Thinking about having outdoor activity but the day just not support. It's mostly cloudy and thunders and rain today. I think it's time for another vacation. This picture taken in Garut on our hiking trip. 
 As now I'm working part time in my profession organisation (PERDATIN Jaya), I try to sort out the filing system. I start with members database. Hopefully it will get organised soon.  
On my way going home from a meeting, I look up to the sky and see this beautiful view. It's been a while since the last time seeing the sky as blue as this. Mostly it covered with dark cloud or raining. I love this blue sky... 
It's been a while since I'm thinking to take this kind of picture. The picture of a signage that put up by government. The sign said about to be careful because the roads are damage. Mmmmhhh...I thought it's government job to fix the damage road. I just keep smiling when passing this signage. By the way you can find this kind of signage in plenty of places around Jakarta. 
 I was spending the day in a meeting. I tried to take the minute while everyone is talking. It's a bit hard for me to type while listening to people talking. I surely can play games while listening to people talking :D  
This man is itinerant tailor. Well...he's not really making clothes. This man provide service to shorten your pants or jeans. The service only cost you Rp. 5000 to Rp. 10.000/pants. This is something you can find in Indonesia :)

Did you know what you can do with your empty candy container? I am using it to put my safety pins and straight pins. I used the red and white one for bring plenty of safety pins and straight pins if I have wedding party. Sometimes I need plenty of pins to put up my hijab and others. Meanwhile the small white canister I used to put some safety pins and straight pins for daily use and I put it with my makeup case. So don't threw out your candy container. 
Today is Wira's birthday. He asked me to make a cheesecake for him. With last minute shopping and limited of choice in ingredients, I try to make one. It turn out to be less-sugar cheesecake since I was putting to much whipped cream the batter :) But it still look nice :D 
 One busy Saturday night in Jakarta. Supposed to take pictures on blue hour. Unfortunately it was raining almost all day and night.  
Do you ever wonder what you can do with this spoons after you done consume the medicine? Well...let me share one thing you can do with the spoons. You can used it as measurement spoon. This spoon equal to tea spoon in all the recipes. Wash it clean and put this spoon inside your salt container or sugar container or other spices containers and make your life easier :) 
 This kittens and two others need a new home. They are adorable but we can't raised them. Anybody around Jakarta that would like this kittens just let me know.  
Konyal...one kind of fruit I like. If you get the ripe one it taste sweet and watery. When you bite it you'll feel crunchy from the seeds. But it kinda tricky to pick the ripe one. 
The benefit from living on the 4th floor apartment or more is when the time for sunset or sunrise. In our apartment in Geneva, we stayed in 4th floor. One of the view I love is the sunset like this one. Just looked out to the window and start enjoying the view or taking pictures. 
Bendi/Delman/Andong is one of transportation mode in Indonesia. A two-wheeled wooden carriage pulled by a horse. 
A nephew of mine enjoy playing with the sand. This picture taken about 3 weeks ago. 
This is my tea shelf. You can find almost all kind of tea in here. There's black tea, green tea, rose tea, thai tea, and others. I like to drink tea. My favourite is green tea, although I also like iced Thai tea. I learn how to make iced Thai tea from the scratch when I was in Thailand. If you like to drink Thai tea you can come by the house and I'll make it for you.
